Hooks that can actually produce something for this scan.

--only-techs names the technologies the scan is restricted to, and these hooks are not among them: their names have no catalog entry, so the flag cannot resolve one. A restriction therefore switches them off rather than leaving them running underneath it — the rule is written as a membership test rather than "any restriction disables them" so it stays correct if one of these ever does become nameable.

Measured on flipt with -u: --only-techs go_chi returned four endpoints, three of them URL literals the string hook had found in unrelated files. It returns one now — the one go_chi produced.

Not registered through analyzer_for — the FileAnalyzer runs outside the tech registry — but its per-file rescue needs a name to report a skipped file under, and an empty one renders as ": skipped 1 file…".
