Build Apline Linux static bin

$ docker run --rm -it --entrypoint /bin/sh -v $(pwd):/user/local/src/apply-env crystallang/crystal:latest-alpine
$ cd /user/local/src/apply-env
$ shards build --production --static
$ strip bin/apply-env
